Joseph Timothy “Joe” Majewski, 63, of Weirton, passed away Thursday, October 4, 2018 at his home. He was born March 28, 1955 in Weirton, the son of the late Joseph C. and Yvonne N. Reed Majewski. He was also preceded in death by his brother David Majewski. Joe was a self-employed landscaper who loved muscle cars, motorcycles, cutting grass and long walks with his family and friends. His favorite times were spent with his grandchildren when they would sit on the bank of the Ohio River. He is survived by his wife of 40 years Gladys Gertrude Barker Majewski whom he married May 14, 1976; sons Joseph Majewski and his fiancé Barbara Gentry of Weirton and David Majewski of Steubenville, OH; daughter Melissa (Jason) Foster of Weston, WV; brother Ronald (Shirley) Majewski of Weirton; sister Linda Ginier of Carrollton, OH; grandchildren Davyn Gringle, Devon, Dylan, Trenton, Daveyon, Tajeh, JaiLee, Cheyenne, Joseph Jr. and Abygail Majewski, Cody McCorkhill, Ada Foster and Vincent and Leiland Agosto-Gentry; great-granddaughter Mackenzie McCorkhill and good friend Dave Shaffer of Brilliant, OH Friends will be received Friday from 2 until the 3 PM funeral service at Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, WV.
