Lynn Marie Donell Dulaney, age 67, of Weirton, West Virginia, a beloved daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 13, 2023.
She was born on July 23, 1956, to the late Donald R. and Joan Bush Donell.
A homemaker, Lynn was an alumna of the University of Dayton; she went on to become a registered Dietician and Nutritionist.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Robert A. Donell.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Phillip Dulaney, whom she married on December 19, 1980.
Lynn is also survived by her two sons, Aidan (Darcy) Dulaney and Ethan Dulaney. Her heart swelled with pride and love for her granddaughter, Lilly Blankenship, who was truly the light of her eye.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Saint Joseph the Worker Church. Her family has requested this to be private.
Rev. Fr. Tony Thurston will preside.
Interment will follow at Saint Paul’s Cemetery in Weirton.

Lynn and I grew up on the same block. Every year we Trick and treated together. Went to grade school and high school school together. Will always keep those memories precious. Will keep you family in my prayers. I am so sorry for your loss

It is so sad to hear of Lynn’s passing. We went to school together, she was 2 yrs ahead of me. I knew her mom and dad well also. I send my deepest sympathy to you.
I have no words. 💔 You’ve heard the stories about our childhood years. We were definitely rascals. We didn’t get in trouble with the law, but we certainly kept our parents on their toes!
As if you didn’t already know, Lynn loved you with all her heart. You were the light of her life.
May you all find peace knowing that she is now pain free and resting comfortably in the arms of God. His new angel will be looking down on all of you with love.

Freshmen yr @MHS /we were locker mates : Donell & Donnelly. Soon a friendship thru those ups& downs of high school. Lost contact but always in my heart .

If I shut my eyes: I can hear her warm laugh & see her beautiful smile. Since hearing the news my mind began to rewind ancient memories of days gone by & especially fond memories of the Donell family together& now they are together again.

I’m so sorry to hear this tragic news. It was so long ago that this awkward teenager met you two when you first got married and moved into your home on Park av. You both were so kind to me and I shared so many laughs with you. You were so in love and fun to be around. You made me feel like a little brother and I met Robbie and found a new great friend.
