Brigitte Anna Bilderback

Brigitte Anna Bilderback, 77, of Weirton, passed away on March 18, 2026, just two days after celebrating her birthday.

Born on March 16, 1949, in Itzehoe, Germany, Brigitte was the daughter of the late Edgar and Hildegard Naujack. She met her former husband while he was stationed in Germany, and in 1969, she made the courageous decision to move to the United States, where she built a life centered around family, and hard work.

Brigitte was a Medical Assistant, retiring from Pittsburgh Eye, Ear, Nose and Throat after many years of service.

She was preceded in death by her son, Patrick, in June of 2024, and her brother, Harold Naujack.

Brigitte was a woman full of life; funny, outgoing, and deeply personable. She had a caring nature, wore her heart on her sleeve, and was a sensitive soul who connected easily with those around her. She found joy in life’s simple pleasures: gardening, soaking up the sunshine, enjoying a glass of wine, and cooking for those she loved. She enjoyed vacations with her family at Folly Beach and never missed an opportunity to attend her grandchildren’s sporting events. She also enjoyed camping trips in West Union, West Virginia.

For the past 41 years, Brigitte shared her life with her lifelong partner for over 40 years, Rudy Bruno, who survives her. She is also survived by her loving children, Edward “Barry” (Iana Lebedikhina) Bilderback and Marlena (Tommy) Muzzi; and her two grandchildren, Gaubriella and Luca Muzzi.

There will not be any formal services and she will be cremated at the Greco Hertnick Funeral Home’s Crematory.
