Manuel Stefanides, 50, of Weirton passed away on Wednesday October 22, 2014. Born on April 26, 1964 in Weirton, WV, Manuel was a son of the Stelios Stefanides of Weirton and the late Frances Maganas Stefanides, who preceeded him in death in 1983. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Manuel was a self -employed contractor and painter. Surviving in addition to his his father, Stelios, is his brother, Victor Stefanides (Lorraine) of Durham, N.C.;his two sisters, Athea Tsitouras (Taki) of Oklahoma and Marcella Frank (Todd); his two nephews, Andreas and Stelianos Frank. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Saturday at the Greco Hertnick Funeral Home 3219 Main Street Weirton, WV.   5. I really liked Manuel. He was always so friendly and giving. I’ll always remember his gifts to us from his garden that he would work so faithfully.
