Jim, Dina, Jennifer and the rest of your family, Please accept our heartfelt sympathies on the untimely passing of Paul. We are so very sorry for your loss and want you all to know that we will be keeping you and your family in our thoughts and prayers. God bless and comfort you all during this difficult, painful time and in all the coming days. Signed with genuine care and concern by former neighbors,
I am sorry for your loss. Our prayers are for your family.
We read of your loss in the local newspaper. We wanted to offer hope and encouragement, which we ourselves have found helpful in the death of close family members. Please be comforted to know that others are praying for you to have the strength to cope with your trial. May you find hope in the promised resurrection, “Your dead ones will live. … They will rise up.” (Isaiah 26:19) Jesus Christ himself said: “Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.”-John 5:28, 29. Confidence in the resurrection will help to ease your sorrow. As the Bible says, you will “not sorrow just as the rest also do who have no hope.” (1 Thessalonians 4:13) Rather, you will draw close to God in prayer, and the Bible promises “he himself will sustain you.”-Psalm 55:22. Please look up these scriptures in your copy of the Bible. Sincerely, The Davis Family
