agnes cybulski
Agnes "Jane" Cybulski, 69, of Weirton, passed away Thursday, October 2, 2014 at her home. Born December 16, 1944 in Steubenville, OH, she was the daughter of the late Homer Bailey and Agnes Rymer Powell. She was also preceded in death by her brothers William Homer Powell and Richard Lee Powell; father-in-law Leo F. Cybulski and sister-in-laws Janet Jackson Powell, Suzie Cybulski and Elaine Fraga. After 33 years of service with Weirton Steel, she retired as executive secretary. She has been a member of the Oakland Presbyterian Church for over 50 years, where she taught Sunday School, Bible School, directed the choir for over 25 years, played the organ and served as Clerk of Session for over 15 years. She is survived by her best friend, partner and love of her life, her husband of 37 years, Paul E. Cybulski of Weirton; sister Helena B. Woods of Maryville, IL; one nephew, 5 nieces and several great nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Sunday 2-4 and 6-8pm at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, WV. Additional visitation will be held Monday from 10 until the 11am funeral service at the Oakland Presbyterian Church with Pastor Randall Krebs officiating. Interment will be in Highland Hills Memorial Gardens, Follansbee, WV.
