Ann Marie Gain

Ann Marie Gain, 91, of Weirton, passed away Thursday April 30, 2015 in the Carriage Inn, Steubenville, OH. She was born July 13, 1923 in Harrison County, WV, a daughter of the late John and Maria Romano Fratto. She was also preceded in death by her husband Filbert A. Gain, son David Thomas Gain, brother's Patsy, Tony, Louis and Emelio Fratto and sister Mary Loria. With over 40 years of service, Ann Marie retired from Penn Way Pharmacy. She was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church, Four Seasons Senior Citizens and was past president twice of Christian Mothers. She was also a former member of several card clubs in the Weirton area. Ann Marie is survived by her daughter-in-law Bettie Lou Gain of Weirton, grandson Michael Gain of Wilmington, NC, granddaughter Rosemarie Gain Haines and her husband Steve of Weirton and great-granddaughter Mary Hains. Visitation will be held Sunday 1-3 and 6-8PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9AM Monday at St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church with The Reverend Father Manuel Gelido officiating. Entombment will follow in St. Paul Cemetery, Weirton.
