Anthony Bruno

Anthony "Tony" Bruno, 61, of Weirton died Wednesday September 2, 2009, at the Weirton Medical Center.
Tony was born on October 2, 1947 in Belmonte Calabro Italy, a son of Innocenza "Nancy" Porco Bruno of Weirton and the Late Giuseppe Bruno.
Tony was a self employed electrician. When he was not working, Tony loved to communicate with others on his ham radio. He also enjoyed attending car shows especially with his 1957 Chevy.
Tony was a member of the Saint Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church.
Surviving in addition to his mother are his two brothers, Luis and his wife Gerry Bruno and Frank Bruno; his sister, Teresa McCombs and her husband Harold; a nephew, Lance Bruno all of Weirton, WV; many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
Visitation will be 6-8PM Sunday and 2-4 & 6-8PM Monday at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home.
Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated 10AM Tuesday at Saint Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church, Weirton.
The Reverend Father Dean Borgmeyer will preside.
Entombment will follow at Saint Paul Mausoleum, Weirton.
Teresa, My sympathy to you and your family with the passing of Anthony. I remember both of you as far back as grade school. May he rest in peace and his memory be eternal.
