  2. To the Heflin family…I am really saddened by the news of Bernie’s passing. I had the pleasure of working with him at walmart in weirton. I would cover when his co-worker Flossie was on vacation. Never a dull moment with him around. Lots of laughs and good times. I am blessed to have good memories of this great man. God bless all of you!

  3. What a terrible loss. Bernard was a wonderful man- not many made like him. Always felt warmly welcomed by him and Deloris, and he always had a smile and garden tomatoes for everyone. Loved that man! Prayers sent out for you all. Xo

  4. Berna, Ruth and families,

Our deepest sympathies. We remember your dad as our favorite chip guy! He was always so gentle, kind and soft spoken. May the happy memories of him help you through this difficult time. All of you will have a very special guardian angel watching over you. Hugs and prayers.

  7. Delores, You know our hearts are broken. We loved Bernie and love you and enjoyed hanging out with the two of you so much. We will miss him terribly. Chappy said he was like the bigger brother he never had. I can\’t get over how everyone here, that met him, expressed how comfortable and easy he was to be around and talk to. I\’ll never forget the twinkle in both your eyes when you were telling the story of how you met. Simply precious! We love you and will be there for you-whatever you need. God Bless you and the family.
