Betty Mae Trzaskoma, 82, of Toronto, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, December 01, 2015 in the Weirton Medical Center. She was born November 16, 1933 in Steubenville, OH, the daughter of the late Jake and Hallie Gault Myers. She was also preceded in death by her husband Ted Trzaskoma and two brothers.
Betty is survived by her sons Terry (Georgianne) Traskoma of Toronto and Ted (Marsha) Trzaskoma of Richmond, OH; daughter Laura (Marty) Collier of Lebanon, OH and grandchildren Zack, Allison and Amber Trzaskoma and Madison and Zane Collier.
In keeping with Betty's wishes, there will be no visitation or services. Arrangements have been entrusted to Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, WV.

betty and I graduated from J.U. High School together in 1951 (maiden name, Brown). We were close friends after graduation, visiting back and forth for years until I moved away to Florida in 1972. We had a dog named Pokey tha we were unable to take with us and Betty and Ted took our little dog and gave it a good home.My mothe Rhoda Brown taught Ted in school at Pottery Edition many many years ago. Will miss our phone visits and am so sorry for the loss of your mother and my dear friend Love, Janet.
