Camile P. Vermeulen, 75, of Weirton, WV, died Monday, February 19, at Weirton Medical Center. He was born in McDonald, PA on May 4, 1925, son of the late Camile Vermeulen and Mary Volpe Vermeulen. He was also proceeded in death by one brother and two sisters. Camile was a manager for forty years at Fulton Buick in Carnegie, PA and retired from New City Auto. He attended Full Gospel Ministry in Steubenville, OH. He served in the army during WWII, and was a member of the American Legion in McDonald, PA and Weirton, WV, and A.A.R.P . He is survived by his wife, Ruth Daugherty Vermeulen of Weirton; a stepson, John Michael McClaskey of Miami, FL; a daughter, Mrs. Robert (Vicki) Zyra of McDonald, PA; two brothers, Hank Vermeulen of Bulger, PA, and Frank Vermeulen of McKees Rocks, PA; a sister, Elizabeth Vermeulen of Washington, PA; and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9 PM Wednesday at Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton. Funeral services will be conducted 11 AM Thursday at the funeral home. Interment in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens with military graveside services conducted by the American Legion Post 10 Honor Guard, VFW 2716 Firing Squad, and the Tri-State Marine Corp.
