  1. Dear Mike and family, I am so very sorry to hear about the death of your Dad. Lifting all of you up in prayer for comfort and strength during this difficult time. Much love to you, Desiree Livingston Lanzino

  2. Cross Family,

Although I never met your dad, I have heard his name throughout the years from my mom. He was my moms first love when she was in her 20’s. While he was in the service he had sent her a poem which she still has today! He was very special to her. Her name was Marie Conchel and is 85. I was going to get them in touch even for a phone call and tried reaching out to a few people that were friends of the family, but that never happened. Not sure if he would have even remembered her or would want to talk. She did see him from a distance when my dad was alive and your mom was alive at a senior citizen meeting but never got to speak to him.
She seemed heartbroken when I came to visit her after she had read the obituary. She mentioned that she wondered how his sister Edith was doing because she had introduced them many years ago and they also worked together.

My name is Pam Scarfo Fair and graduated in 1980.I’m sure Carls’ children were close to me in age but not sure if I have met them before.
I had lost my dad about 2 years ago so I know how hard this time is and still will be.

I know my mom would love to talk to Edith and chat about old times.
Prayers for all of your family and friends at this time.

If anyone would like to contact me you can call me at the number below. I am also on facebook.

  3. To the family, my sincere condolences for the loss of your loved one. As you cope with your loss, may you be comforted by the “Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort” (2 Cor 1:3) that one day, “all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.” (John 5:28, 29) My deepest sympathy.
