Carla Maria Ferguson

Carla M. Ferguson, 59, of Weirton died Thursday November 22, 2007, at the UPMC Shadyside in Pittsburgh, PA. She was born on April 15, 1948, the daughter of the late Amedio and Esther Barone Marracino. Carla was a homemaker, who enjoyed entertaining family and friends at her home. One her pastimes were raising dogs. Carla also worked part time for the Weirton and Steubenville newspapers as an inserter. She attended Saint Paul Roman Catholic Church, and was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Moose 688 and the American Legion Post 10. She is survived by her former husband, Fred Ferguson, Sr. and their son Fred Ferguson, Jr.; her companion, Richard “Dick” Meadows all of Weirton; her brothers, Larry and Barbara Marracino of Canton, OH, William and Coreene Kennedy of Cleveland, OH, Fredrick and Victoria Morgan of Steubenville, OH; her sister, Karen and Terry Best of Toronto, OH; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 2-4 & 6-8 PM Monday at the Greco Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street Weirton, WV, where funeral services will be held 10 AM Tuesday.
