Carmela Pulice, 68, of Weirton, WV, peacefully passed on the morning of December 26, 2000. Carmela was born on April 13, 1932 in Belmonte, Calabria, Italy to Giovanni (John) Giardino and Rosa Conforti Giardino. Carmela immigrated from Italy with her husband, Alberto Pulice. Together they raised three sons, John A. Pulice, Mike J. Pulice and David C. Pulice and a daughter Rose Annette Arnold. Carmela is mother in law to Daniel Arnold, Mary Anne Pulice and Nancy Pulice. Carmela is the Nana to six grandchildren, Stephanie Casey, Jennifer Curtis, Daniel Pulice, Jamie Pulice, Kimberly Carmela Pulice and Joseph Daniel Arnold. Carmela is also the Great Nana to Carissa Nicole Casey, Michael Giovanni Curtis and Jake Patrick Curtis. Carmela is the sister of Giovanni ''John'' Giardino, to Jo Ann Giardino, Cecelia Giardino and Annie Giardino. Carmela's warmth will be missed tremendously, but her love and kindness will last forever in our hearts and smiles. Visitation will be Wednesday from 7-9 PM and Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Greco Hertnick Funeral Home 3219 Main Street Weirton, WV Funeral Liturgy with mass will be celebrated 10 AM Friday at Saint Joseph the Worker Church. Entombment will be in Saint Paul Cemetery Mausoleum.
