Carol Ann Aston

Carol Ann (McIntyre) Aston of Weirton, passed away Sunday, November 1, 2009 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Alvy, WV, she was a daughter of the late Oliver Paul and Leota Wright McIntyre. She was also preceded in death by her brother Wayne P. McIntyre.
Carol was a member of the Oakland Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include her husband Ronald W. Aston; daughters Leslie and Paula Aston; grandson Ryan C. Aston; sister Mary Alice (Tony) DiBacco all of Weirton and her dear friend Ginger (Swift) Lloyd of California.
There will be no visitation. A Memorial Service will be held at the convenience of the family. You may make a donation to the Oakland Presbyterian Church in Carol’s memory.
Leslie and family, Deepest sympathy to you and your family for your loss. I’ll always remember your mom’s sense of humor and how she pulled no punches! Take comfort in that she is at peace now and no more suffering. You all are in our prayers.
Dear Ron, Leslie, Paula, and Ryan, You, and most especially Carol, will continue to be in my prayers. Though I am sorry Carol has left us it is gratifying that she was able to pass peacefully at home with all of you there. You all strongly demonstrated your love for and devotion to Carol these past 9 months. She could not have been more proud of all of you. I will sorely miss my visits with her but remember them fondly and look forward to many more visits with the rest of you. I love you all. Sincerely
