  1. Cookie was a Classmate and a wonderful friend! She lit up a room when she walked in. She was always there with a smile and a kind word! Rest In Peace my friend you have earned your wings and eternal rest! God Bless the Thorne Family and know Cookie was one of a kind! God broke the mold she was made from!

  2. Cookies Family: I am so heartbroken to read that Cookie passed. What a sweet person. Always making it a point to say Hi and always smiling; such a true sweet person. I knew Cookie from Weirton Steel and I know she did her best for her boys. Gus, I run into you every once in awhile (and remind you how we knew each other, thru Andrea) and you would update me on her status. Well the good Lord took another angel back. May she be smiling w/her family watching over all of you. I am so sorry for your loss.

  3. Trish, Chris, Gust and family, I am so sorry to read about Cookie’s passing. She was such a great lady and wonderful mother. You are in my prayers and thoughts at this difficult time. May the Lord Jesus give you His comfort and peace. God bless and my love, Jill Tucker
