  1. Mr. Bailey was a very special friend of our family. When we named our daughter Arden he immediately bonded with her since this was also his middle name. We saw him every Sunday at church and we were honored to be invited to eat with him several times at “the club”. He always treated us as if we were members of his family and he couldn’t wait to introduce us to his family when they came to visit. He was a dear, sweet, loving and caring man who continued to keep in touch with us after he moved to Colorado. I’m so sad that he is no longer with us, but I know he is very happy to be with his dear Ruth again. We’ll miss you Charlie! We love you!

  2. Charles Jr.and family, Sorry to hear of your loss. He was a pillar of the church and a very kind man. I had the priviledge of working with him in the QC tin mill department. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. sincerely, Jerry Hamill

  3. To the Family of Charles Bailey Please know you have our sincere sympathy in the loss of your father and Grandfather. I met Charles and Ruth after I met their daughter Jane in Denver, CO Jane and I were married and had a daughter, Susan. A couple of years after Jane passed I met LaVonne and we were married. We continued to have a good relationship with Charles and Ruth. After Ruth passed, Charles decided to move to Canon City to be near his granddaughter, Susan. We had the opportunity to spend more time with him. We are very proud of our daughter, Susan for taking care of Charles needs during the past two years. Charles was a very kind Christian man and he will be missed by all who knew him. We know he is happy now to be reunited with his beloved Ruth. Dwight and LaVonne Hargis
