  4. Dear Donna & Family:
I was shocked to see the obituary for Chuck. I extend my heartfelt sympathy and prayerful support as you grieve your loss. I have very fond memories of you all from my days at St. Paul’s and shall always benefit from the skills that Chuck taught me in filing my annual federal income tax. Each year I would remember you all at “tax time” with gratitude and fondness, now this annual reminder will cause me to memorialize Chuck with prayer and continue to pray for your well-being until that time you are graced to be with God in Heaven.
Be good to yourselves and know that many support you in your time of grief, as Chuck supported so many in our time of living!
    Love and prayers,

  6. Mr. Robinson was a wonderful man! I am so sorry to every family member of his as they pass through this time of hardship right now. Mr. Robinson always encouraged people to never give up when they were down. He had a heart of gold. I’ll never forget him ever as the passionate man he was. Please watch over us Mr. Robinson. May God Bless your Wife and three sons I knew as long as you. In Christ, Jacob.

  7. I give you my condolences. Chuck was there for everything. I do not have a memory where he was not there. He loved his boys so he was there. Rest In Peace! You deserve it.

  8. As an adult if I would be shopping at Krogers or anywhere else it Weirton I would run into Mr and Mrs Robinson. I always loved seeing them.

  9. Chuck and I shared the experience of CRHP a long time ago. He was a great Leader as he guided our team through our formation to present the weekend to the next team! I’ll never forget the countless hours spent sharing our faith. He truly was a great guy. So many memories! God Bless his family and watch over them.

  10. You had a great impact on my life, Mr Robinson. Since I’m in my forties, I can probably call you Chuck but it still doesn’t feel right. By co-founding the soccer league in Weirton, you and John Castelli opened the door to a path in my life’s journey that I may have never walked down. Much of the blood, sweat, and tears that I needed to shed as an intense, young man were shed under your watchful eyes. Our teams never went down without a fight. Did they, Chuck? Even in defeat, you always made me feel like a winner. I will forever be grateful to you and your family for all that you did to make that part of my youth so meaningful. Rest In Peace, George Gurrera

  11. We are so sorry to hear about the passing of Chuck. It was a pleasure to work with
him for a lot of years at Weir Cove. You have our sympathy.
    Gary and Debbie Armentrout

  12. Mrs. Robinson and family.
We have never met and I knew the back of your husband’s head the best. My husband and I have Big Red football seats behind Chuck for the past 2 years and before that in front of him. He was always willing to let me look at his program or explain what just happened on the field to me. We know he was a great family man and loved his family. We will miss him at Big Red football games and his empty seat will hold good memories and an empty spot in our hearts as his loyalty to Big Red football remains in the stadium. Our condolences to you and your family.

  13. A great and wonderful gentleman, friend, husband, father, grandfather and loyal co-worker. A friend who cared deeply about others in his community to make it a better place to live. Chuck had the ability to make everyone around him better due to his great skill set, knowledge and leadership. I appreciate his dedication, expertise and passion he provided to his community, his co-workers at WTOV9 and to me for over 12 years. Chuck enhanced all of our lives for the better and made a difference. I could never have asked more from a friend. You will be missed. Tim, Kelli, Quinn and Shea McCoy

  14. Robinson family: I was very saddened and shocked to hear of Chuck’s passing. You are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. I’m so sorry for your loss.

  15. For those who don’t know or forgot, Chuck was instrumental in bringing the youth soccer league to Weirton. Chuck was a past President of Weirton Rotary. If it wasn’t for Chuck, we wouldn’t have a Weirton Rotary Youth Soccer League. I was very fortunate to have known Chuck through our Weirton Rotary Club as well as through St. Paul’s Catholic Church. Chuck will be missed by anyone that knew him. I wish the best for his family. He certainly gave his best to our Church and Community.

  16. I am so sorry to hear of Chuck’s passing. He was a wonder man and will be sorely missed, certainly by his family, but equally by the community he served. I hope you take comfort in the memories of a life well lived.
