charles romine, jr.
Charles Louis Romine, Jr., 84, of Weirton passed away on Friday, August 16, 2013 in his residence. He was the husband of Rosalie Mc Vicker Romine to whom he was married to for 46 years. Born on December 7, 1928 in Imperial, PA he was a son of the late Charles Louis Sr. and Mary Neeley Romine. He was also preceded in death by his step-father Bill Vidunas, step-mother Louise Vidunas; four brothers Paul, Claude, Forest and Chuckie Romine; two sisters Ruth Veatch and Nancy Peters. Mr. Romine retired from the Sammis plant of Ohio Edison where he was a boom operator, attended Victory Life Church, Burgettstown, PA, enjoyed reading his bible and working at the church. In addition to his wife he is survived by a son Pastor Jason Romine (Michelle) of Weirton; a brother James Romine (Thelma) of Pittsburgh, PA; a sister Pearl Niccoli of Pittsburgh, PA; two half-sisters Donna Lou Milliron (Tony) of Pittsburgh, PA and Helen Seagle (David) of California; a grandson Isaac David Romine and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Monday from 9am until the 11am funeral service at Victory Life Church, Old Rt. 22 Burgettstown, PA 15021. Interment will be held in New Cumberland Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Victory Life Church, Old Rt. 22 Burgettstown, PA 15021 or to Valley Hospice 10686 St. Rt. 150 Rayland, OH 43943.
