Clara Mae Dichazi

Clara Mae Dichazi, 80, of Weirton, passed away Saturday, August 21, 2010 in the Weirton Medical Center. Born May 22, 1930 in Smithfield, OH, she was a daughter of the late John and Anne Jaiuga Dichazi. She was also preceded in death by her brothers Steve, Charles and Andy Dichauzi and nephew Charles Dichauzi.
Serving as secretary for over 25 years, Clara retired from Scio Pottery. She was Catholic by faith.
Ms. Dichazi is survived by her brother Joseph Dichauzi of Weirton; sister Irene VanHove of Coca, FL and nephew David Dichauzi of Winchendon, MA.
Friends will be received Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton where funeral services will be celebrated 11:00AM Thursday. The Reverend Father Dean Borgmeyer will officiate. Interment will be in Highland Hills Memorial Gardens, Follansbee, WV.
My heartfelt sympathy goes out to the friends and family of Clara Dichauzi. Dave and I have been best friends since high school and I know Aunt Clara gave Dave piece of mind while living with his dad, Joe. Clara was a concerned individual and always had your best interests @ heart. May the strength of our Lord bless us during this difficult time.
