Cynthia L. Cottrell, 59, of Weirton, passed away Monday, November 3, 2008 at the UPMC Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh. Born October 4, 1949 in Steubenville, OH, she was the daughter of James L. Poulton of Weirton and the late Frances E. McQuade Poulton. She was also preceded in death by her brother James L. Poulton, Jr. Mrs. Cottrell was a homemaker and Catholic by faith. In addition to her father, Cynthia is survived by her husband Rocky Cottrell; son Jason L. Poulton and his wife Nikki; brothers Thomas Poulton all of Weirton and Robert Poulton of Myrtle Beach, NC. At Cynthia's request, there will be no visitation. Arrangements are under the direction of Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Kidney Fund, 6110 Executive Boulevard, Suite 1010, Rockville, MD 20852.   2. Cindy was my mother in law and so many times I have heard people say how they can’t tollerate their in-laws but I can not say that about Cindy. She welcomed me into her family with love and grace. I will miss her so much. To the rest of the family I am sorry for your loss I love you all.
