Cyril M. Pastor

Cyril M. Pastor 85 of Weirton passed away on Friday, June 20. 2003 at Trinity West Hospital in Steubenville, Ohio. He was born August 14, 1917 in Aliquippa, PA, the son of the late Charles and Mary Miklos Pastor. His wife Margaret A. Longridge Pastor also preceded him. Cyril retired from LTV Steel Co. with 44 years of service where he worked in the Galvanizing Dept. as a pipe machine operator. He was a WWII US Army veteran, a life member of the VFW and a member of St. Titus Catholic Church in Aliquippa, PA. He is survived by two step sons James Bowen and his wife Leanne of Weirton, WV, and William Bowen and his wife Beverly of Columbus, OH. He has one nephew Robert Oros and his family of Columbus, OH, and two nieces Sister Irene Placedious of Pittsburgh, PA, and Marie Johnson of Texas. He has six grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Visitation will be Monday evening, June 23, 2003 from 7-9 PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main St., Weirton, WV, where services will be Tuesday, 11:00AM in the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Fort Steuben Burial Estates, Wintersville, OH.
