Daniel Patrick Buelich, 50, of Denver, CO, formerly of Weirton, died suddenly on Friday, February 12 at his home. Born November 8, 1960 in Weirton, he was the son of Joseph G. Buelich of Weirton and the late Rose Buelich. Funeral services were held in Denver. A Memorial Service to be held in Weirton will be announced at a later date.

  1. Sincere sympathies to Danny’s family. I remember attending Weir High with Dan back in the late 1970’s and have fond memories of playing football and basketball up in his Greenlawn neighborhood. Dan could fix anything and used to work on everyone’s vehicles including our teachers. He would always help his buddies when they needed it. I knew he moved out west and sorry to say we lost touch as so often happens. Rest well old friend.

  9. Dear Mr. Buelich, I graduated with Dan from Weir High School. I was very saddened and upset to hear of his death. I manage an Internet Facebook group for our Class of 1978. We have over 65 of Dan’s classmates as members. I have shared this sad news of Dan’s death with our classmates.
