Doris Sacripanti

Doris Sacripanti, 73 of Weirton died September 14, 2002 at her residence. She was born July 14, 1929 in Weirton, the daughter of the late Clair W. and Elsie Drummond Neeley. A brother Kenneth Neeley and two sisters, Hazel Duffield and Nancy Agnew also preceded her. Doris was a former employee for the Weirton General Hospital where she worked as a nurse’s aide. She was also a homemaker. Doris was a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Weirton and the St. Paul’s Christian Mothers. Doris is survived by her husband, Ernest J. Sacripanti of Weirton, two sons, Raymond Sr. of Steubenville, Ohio, and Jon Michael of Raleigh, NC, one daughter Cindy Morgan (Edward) of Weirton, and two brothers, Clyde Neeley of Paris, PA and Clair Neeley of Maine. She has five grandchildren, Raymond Jr., Damion, and Nicole Sacripanti, Kamela Morgan and Sarah Taylor. She has two great grandchildren, Keegan and Kadian Sacripanti. Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9 PM Tuesday at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated 10 AM Wednesday at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, followed by burial at St. John’s Cemetery, Colliers, WV Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Paul’s Catholic Church, 140 Walnut St., Weirton, WV 26062.
