Ellen Jean Glover

Ellen Jean Glover 75 of Weirton passed away on March 5, 2003 in Sharon PA. She was born on October 13, 1927 in Middlebourne, WV the daughter of the late James and Florence Conley Moore. Two sisters, Eva Moredock and Lucille Fitzpatrick, and one brother, Irmel Colegrove also preceded her. She was a member of the Weirton Heights Memorial Baptist Church and the Littleton WV Order of the Eastern Star. Jean was a former kindergarden teacher at the Weirton Christian Center and a secretary for West Liberty State Branch College in Weirton. She is survived by her husband William Glover of Weirton, one son Richard Glover and his wife Sandy of Brookfield, OH, and one sister, Virginia Baker of Weirton. She has three grandchildren, Aaron Glover and his wife Rachael, Father Jason Glover, and Matthew Glover and his wife Amber, and one great granddaughter Ava Glover. Visitation will be Friday, March 7 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home 3219 Main Street Weirton, WV. Additional visitation will be Saturday, from 12:00 noon until time of services at 1:00 PM at the Weirton Heights Memorial Baptist Church, 121 Ivy Street, Weirton, WV. Rev. Kregg F. Burris will officiate.
