Emma Lou Lehman, 75, of Weirton, passed away Friday, December 28, 2012 in the Life Line Hospital, Wintersville, OH. Born August 5, 1937 in Confluence, PA, she was a daughter of the late Ferdinand and Nellie Avery Lint. She was also preceded in death by an infant baby boy David and her brother Donald Lint. For many years, she served as manager/tax preparer for H & R Block. She also worked with the WV Department of Health and Human Resources. A true angel on earth, she was a member of the First United Methodist Church where she taught Sunday School for many years, and was active with the youth group.. Emma Lou's love was her family. She enjoyed, painting, and will always be remembered for her artistic talent. In recent years, she enjoyed taking rides in the country with her husband. Mrs. Lehman is survived by her husband Curt whom she married January 29, 1955; sons Curt (Joan) Lehman, Doug (LeAnn) Lehman all of Weirton, WV; and Matt (Lois Constant) Willson of Pittsburgh, PA; a daughter Dawn (Eric) Drake of Weirton; brothers James Lint of Alexandria, VA, Richard of Riverdale, MD and Kenneth Lint of Lady Lake, FL; sisters Shirley Dogson of Forestville, MD and Doris Nedley of Connellsville, PA; six grandchildren, Josh (Tara Pavan) Lehman, Cole (Leslie) Lehman, Danielle (Brian "Dibs") DiBacco, Lauren Lehman, Crosby and Junah Drake. Private visitation and funeral services were held 3:30 PM on Sunday December 30, 2012, at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, WV. Rev. Tim Conrad presided. Entombment followed in Union Cemetery, Steubenville, OH. She was like a second mother to me and there are many many things i still do today because of her. Playing 1,2,3 Eeek with children being one of many. My love to all of you and please know that my heart aches for your loss. The world will be a lot dimmer with out the sunshine we all knew that existed in Emma Lou Lehman.
