  11. To The Family of Frank, I have known Frank for about 35 years, and all of my Weirton Steel Career. He was also my supervisor in the I/T department for our last eight years. We were good friends and had many wonderful times together. I regret that I was not able to make the viewing, because of recent knee surgery. The IT workers at Weirton were like one big family, and I truly miss all of our good times, as so many have passed recently. I offer you all, my sincere sympathy, and my prayers will be with you and Frank, and he will always be in my memory as a dear friend. John Cipriani
