Geraldine S. "Jeri" Presley
October 8, 1927 ~ February 23, 2017
Geraldine S. "Jeri" Presley, 89, of Weirton, passed away Thursday, February 23, 2017 at Liza's Place in Wheeling, WV.
She was born October 8, 1927 in Weirton, a daughter of the late Candido and Anna Rinaldo Mancinelli. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, Joseph G. Presley, sister Gloria Jean Byers and former husband, John Kostur.
A 1945 graduate of the Weir High Class of 1945, Jeri furthered her education at Steubenville Business College.
Mrs. Presley was a homemaker, who enjoyed spending time with her family.
Jeri is survived by her son, Jack (Ginny)Kostur of Weirton and her grandchildren, Lindsay (Brad) Mermon, and Ryan and Marie Kostur; her 3 great grandchildren, Peyton and Bradyn Mermon, and Madyson Kostur.
Visitation will be held Monday from 11am until the 1pm funeral service at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton. The Reverend Father Larry Dorsch will officiate. Interment will follow in Chestnut Ridge Cemetery, Florence, PA.
Jeri's family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of Valley Hospice and the Tony Teramana's Cancer Center for all of their love and care they extended to Jeri.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Valley Hospice or to the Tony Teramana Cancer Center.

Jeri was six years older than me, when your young that seems like a generation. Whenever Mom was alling I got to know her better. I found that she was very perceptive and caring. mom and her were very close they’re together now, My condolance

Jack and family, I was so sad to hear of your mom’s passing. I only new your mom for about 8 years. In those 8 years we became very close. She would of been the age of my own mother. We shared so many stories. She always talked about you, Ginny and her beloved grandchildren whom she cherished greatly. Although the past few years were very difficult for her she was blessed to have such a loving and caring son. God Bless you and your beautiful family.
