Giacinta Patacca Rossi

Giacinta Patacca Rossi, 92, of Weirton, passed away Wednesday, November 09, 2005 at the Weirton Medical Center. Giacinta was born July 30, 1913 in Grossetto, Italy, Tuscany Province. She was the daughter of the late Eugenio and Carolina Picone Patacca. Giacinta was also preceded in death by her husband Antonio Rossi and three sisters. Giacinta retired from Schiavo Catering Service. She was a homemaker, a member of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church and was a former member of the Christian Mothers. Giacinta’s survivors include her son Anthony Rossi of Weirton and brother Guido Patacca of Italy. Friends will be received Friday from 8:30-9:30AM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton followed by the 10AM Funeral Liturgy with Mass at St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church.
