Helen F. Waters, 88, of Weirton died Friday August 15, 2008. She was born on October 24, 1919 in Atoka, OK, the daughter of William and Effie Allen. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Howard Leonard Waters, her brothers and sisters.
She was a member of the Chapel Hill Wesleyan Church, and enjoyed quilting, crafts, crocheting and gardening.
Helen is survived by her son Howard Keith and Jeannie Waters of Weirton; two daughters, Vonda Karen and Harold Hay of Florence KY, and Patricia Gail and Keith Bricker of Weirton; her granddaughter Kelly Bricker , brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be held 11 AM Tuesday at the Greco Hertnick Funeral Home 3219 Main Street.
Interment will follow at the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Weirton, WV
