Jack Edwin Klar

Jack Edwin Klar, 71, of Weirton, passed away Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at his home. He was born May 20, 1946 in Steubenville, OH, a son of the late Charles David and Mildred Small Klar. He was also preceded in death by his brother Charles David Klar, Jr. Jack retired from Weirton Steel where he worked as a machinist, was a member of the Weirton Masonic Lodge #171 and was an avid woodworker. He was a veteran of the United States Navy, having served in Vietnam. Jack is survived by his wife Stephanie Klar; son Charles David Klar III; daughters Jackie (Aaron) Crago and Jennie (Paul) Skaggs all of Weirton; grandchildren Elizabeth Klar, Lucas Collett, Jack and Stephanie Crago and Katrina Skaggs and great-grandsons River and Michael. Private services will be held at the convenience of his family.
