Jacqueline Vacheresse

Jacqueline Vacheresse, 82, of Steubenville, OH, formerly of Follansbee, WV, peacefully went to be with the Lord on Friday, June 10, 2016 at her home with her family by her side. She was born April 29, 1934 in Weirton, the daughter of the late Harry and Audrey (Parsons) Givens, Sr. She was also preceded in death by her husband, George E. Vacheresse, Sr. on May 14, 2004; grandson, "Billy"; daughter-in-law, Monica Vacheresse and sister-in-law, Jackie Swartz Givens. A member of the Kings Creek Union Chapel, she is survived by her children George E. (Susann) Vacheresse, Jr. of Weirton, Nancy (John P.) Saggio of Steubenville with whom she made her home, Judith A. (Bruce R.) Roach of Delphi, OH, Cathy L. (Raymond D.) Maze of Colliers, WV and Terry A. Vacheresse of Weirton. Surviving also are her brothers Harry (Rosemarie) Givens, Jr. of Bowie, MD and James Givens of Chesterton, IN; 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held Monday 2-4 and 6-8PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, where additional visitation will be held Tuesday from 10AM until time of the 11AM funeral service. Jackie's grandson, Pastor Darrell Maze, will officiate. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Weirton.
