James E. Allen, Jr.

James E. Allen, Jr., died in Phoenix, Arizona, after a long battle with Type 2 Diabetes. He was born in 1951 in Steubenville, Ohio, son of the late James and Rose Marie Allen. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Rick.
A 1969 graduate of Weir High School, Jim was a 1970 Silver Gloves Champion. He attended Shepherdstown University and was a contractor by trade.
James is survived by 3 children, Joyce (Rob) Fender, James (Barb Brewer) Allen, Christopher Allen all of Phoenix; 7 grandchildren; sisters Susan (Gary) Soplinski and Mary Kay (Joe) Heiserman all of Weirton and several nieces and nephews.
