Janet McEvoy

Janet McEvoy, 85, of Weirton, formerly of New York, passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2016 in Valley Hospice Care Center North, Steubenville, OH. She was born January 31, 1931 in New York City, a daughter of the late Felix and Mary Copla Cautela. She was also preceded in death by seven brothers and sisters. Mrs. McEvoy was a former secretary for a pharmaceutical company, was Catholic by faith and loved to paint and crochet. Janet is survived by her sons James and John McEvoy of New York and Mark McEvoy and his wife Michelle of Weirton with whom she made her home; 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Family and friends will visit Saturday from 12:30pm until the 2pm memorial service at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton. The Reverend Father Anthony G.
