John Anthony “Ton” Littleton, Sr., 58, of Weirton, passed away Saturday, August 18, 2018 at his home. He was born March 24, 1960, in Weirton, WV, a son of the late Orva Lynn and Ida Mae Colantonio Littleton. Most of his career John worked as a dealer. He worked in Atlantic City, locally at Mountaineer, and most recently in Cross Lanes, WV. In addition, John was also employed at Weirton Steel and the Homer Laughlin China Company. He was Catholic by faith attending St. Paul’s Roman Catholic Church. An enormous fan of music, John enjoyed playing his guitar, listening to music, and playing cards. One of his most enjoyable past times was to watch movies, especially mob movies. His son John said, “There probably isn’t one movie he hasn’t seen, in between new releases, he would watch his favorite movies over and over again. John was definitely a free spirit who enjoyed life doing as Sinatra said: “I did it my way!” He did not know a stranger, was friends with everybody and just wanted people to laugh, and have fun. John’s memory will be cherished by his two sons, John Jr., and his wife Heather of Weirton, Tom and his companion Meghan Smith of Reno, NV; and his daughter, Ashley Boyce and her husband Jeff of Weirton, and their mother Michele Turani Littleton of Weirton; a granddaughter, Riley Michele Boyce; his two brothers, Raymond Littleton and his wife Jody of Mississippi, and Joseph Littleton of Weirton. Friends will be received Thursday 4-8 p.m. at Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, WV, where funeral services will be held at 8 p.m. Reverend Fr.   7. I am saddened and sorry to hear of Johnny’s passing. Growing up with Joey, Johnny was always near by to share his humor and fun. I also had the privilege of working with John for a short time at Weirton Steel. He always kept the crew positive, providing loads of fun for our shift. Terrific memories with Ton and his family.
