Judith Maxine Davis

Judith Maxine Houchin Davis, 91, Friendly, WV, widow of Oran C. Davis, passed away Saturday, September 1, 2018 at her residence. Born in Steubenville, OH, on November 24, 1926, she was a daughter of the late Leo Carl and Bessie Mae Martin Houchin. She was a homemaker and member of Pine Grove Church of Christ. She is survived by seven children, Judy (Russell) Lough, Oran C. Davis, Cheryl Talkington, Beverly (John) Paris, Lisa Dawn (Robert Timothy) Gumm, Carla Mae (Jay) Summers, and Darla G. (Adam) Norman; 13 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; one half-brother, Eddie Houchin; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by parents, two sisters, Ida Belle Worrell, and Henriette Kruger; one brother, James Whipkey; half-brother, Steve Houchin; and half-sister, Charlotte Houchin. Visitation will be 12 PM until 2 PM Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Colliers Way Church of Christ, Weirton, WV with Richard Parson officiating.
