Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Yiayia, I remember your devotion and your love for your family. I am now four months pregnant and a wife myself; I wonder and worry that I will not be able to fill half your shoes with just one child to care for. I dont know how you did it Grandma. How did you take that trip across the ocean with all of your children…your husband waiting in America to provide you with a new life. How did you tirelessly cook all of those meals; breakfast, lunch and dinner? How do I remain thankful for my gifts of life, what is the secret grandma? I admire your strength and your loyalty. I admire your womanly grace. Also, Yiayia…Dad tries to cook the same dishes that you make but I secretly think that your are better, but dont tell him. I love you. Please watch over me and my family. Love, your grandaughter, Constance Voutsikakis

  4. Dear Family, What a wonderful Christian woman we have all lost. I will never forget her kindness, love, support and smile. May your memories and Christ and Panagia’s Love give you comfort. In addition to my condolences, I extend those of Kalliopi’s fellow patriotes and members of the Paleo Phokiano Society of Asia Minor. She was one of our past presidents. May her memory be eternal!
