  1. Diane,I’m so sorry to hear about the loss of your daughter. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

  2. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Lauri several years back when we worked at Weirton Ambulance. Through those years we had become great friends and helped each other along the way. She was always there when you needed someone to talk to and always gave great advice. She was quick witted and funny. This one afternoon, we were working a shift together and I fell asleep on the couch and the buzzer rang for an emergency call. We jumped up and out the door we went. While on the said call everytime I would look at her, she would start to giggle. I kept looking at her and asking what… what are you laughing at. With that smile she would say…oh nothing. Well after we cleared the hospital, I got in the front seat of the ambulance and looked in the mirror to find makeup all over my face…. she laughed so hard. Lauri, you will be missed, but you will sleep easy now. Until we meet again. Love, Casey
