linda moore
Linda L. Moore, 64, of Weirton, a loving mother and grandmother, passed away May 28, 2010. Born April 23, 1946 in Steubenville, OH, she was the daughter of the late Harold Garner and Lela Rinehart Garner. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James E Moore, Sr., a brother, Harold J. Rinehart and her sisters, Irene Monseau and Shirley Garner. Linda was a homemaker, who enjoyed making afghans and quilts. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Weirton. In addition, she was a member of the Retired Seniors Volunteer Program, and she also volunteered her time at the Wellsburg Library. Linda is survived by her son, James E. Moore, Jr., and his wife Gina of Glendale, WV; her daughter, Jody Zdinak and her husband Stephen of Weirton, WV; a brother, Charles Garner of North Carolina; sisters Freda Logar of Parkersburg, WV, Joanne Leek and her life partner Bob of Proctor, WV and Sharon Utt and husband Larry of Wellsburg, WV; four grandchildren, James E Moore III, Jordan Moore, Jaime Siudak, and Brittany Siudak. Visitation will be 2-4 & 6-8 PM Monday, at the Greco Hertnick Funeral Home 3219 Main Street, Weirton, WV, where funeral services will be held 11 AM Tuesday. Rev Dana Snodgrass will preside. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Weirton, WV.
