Lois L. Will, 84, of Weirton, passed away Tuesday May 1, 2012 at her home, with her loving family by her side. Born June 24, 1927 in Pittsburgh, PA, Lois was a daughter of the late Samuel Joseph and Teresa Nudo Jennesse. She was also preceded in death by her husband Ben A. Will on May 28, 2001, whom she married September 29, 1951; her brother, Joseph Jennesse; and her sister, Arline Browning. In 1988, with 25 years of service, Mrs. Will retired from Hancock County Board of Education where she worked as a secretary for Marland Heights Elementary School. She was a member of the Weir High Class of 1945, St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, the Christian Mothers, a former member of the Democratic Women's Association, and a former Fifth Ward Committee Women. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, and was an avid bridge player. Lois is survived by her daughters Kathleen Teresa Will, and Cynthia Ann Will Lengyel and her husband Thomas all of Weirton; sister-in-law Polly Jennesse of Hollywood, FL; grandchildren Alexandra and Samantha Lengyel of Weirton, Benjamin Jones of Brooklyn, NY, Michelle Connell Kent (Alan), Keith Connell (Meggan), and a great grandson, Adam Riley Connell all of Houston, TX. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8PM Thursday at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, WV. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated 1PM Friday at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church with Reverend Father Larry Dorsch officiating. Entombment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Weirton. Lois's family would like to thank her loving personal caregivers and Valley Hospice.   15. We bought our first house from Lois and Ben and they moved next door to us on Brightway. They were wonderful neighbors. Lois was always so kind and thoughtful. She was an ideal neighbor. She was also my childrens’ secretary at their school. We lived so close they could come home for lunch. Imagine that? I knew they were in good hands with Lois at the school. God rest her soul and your family is in our prayers. It’s never easy to lose your mother.
