Guestbook

  1. Virgil and family: You were the light of Louese’s life. She was so proud of all of you and couldn’t say enough about all of you. I worked at St. Paul’s with her alot of years plus we sat together at alot of Bingos.. She will be greatly missed. Bob and Bette Burns

  2. My deepest sympathy to you and your family. Weeze will forever have a place in my heart. When I would stay at St. Paul’s she was like a second mother to me; always caring and full of spirit. She will forever be missed.

  3. Dr. Smaltz, You and your family are in my heart and prayers. I am very sorry for your loss. If you need anything, don’t hesitate to ask. Heather

  4. Dr. Virgil and family.. I was saddened to hear about your mom..Dee and I spent time with her at the squad.. She was a ‘fun’ lady to be around.. She will be missed.. Jim

  5. I will always cherish my good times with ” Muck “. Kris, myself, and later Sky had many fun times with Muck. Holiday dinners and the best green beans ever, Bingo outings, Placing bets at the horse races, Pirates games in the summers, Exploring our heritage and the great state of West by God Virginia, and the everyday moments in between. She loved us, and we her, and that is something I’ll have with me the rest of my life.

  6. Dear Dr. Smalz and Family, I was so saddened to hear about the loss of your mother. She worked with my mom, Tina, at St. Paul’s for many years. She was always such a kind, generous lady, and a great fudge maker. She even made my husband and I our favorite kinds of fudge this Christmas. I couldn’t believe that she remembered. She will be missed by many. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Sincerely, Trissy and Anthony Solomon

  7. We read of your loss in the local newspaper. We wanted to offer hope and encouragement, which we ourselves have found helpful in the death of close family members. Please be comforted to know that others are praying for you to have the strength to cope with your trial. May you find hope in the promised resurrection, “Your dead ones will live. … They will rise up.” (Isaiah 26:19) Jesus Christ himself said: “Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.”-John 5:28, 29. Confidence in the resurrection will help to ease your sorrow. As the Bible says, you will “not sorrow just as the rest also do who have no hope.” (1 Thessalonians 4:13) Rather, you will draw close to God in prayer, and the Bible promises “he himself will sustain you.”-Psalm 55:22. Please look up these scriptures in your copy of the Bible. Sincerely, The Davis Family
