Lucia Bregar

Lucia Bregar, 74, of Weirton, died Saturday, September 21, 2002, at the Weirton Medical Center. She was born on February 27, 1928 in Midland, PA, a daughter of the late Charles Olivieri and Cecelia Biondillo Olivieri. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Frank W. Bregar on July 30, 1996; and one brother, Anthony Oliver. Lucia was a retired hairdresser and the original owner of Venus De Milo Hair Salon. She was a member of A.A.R.P. and the Antonio Meucci Lodge. Lucia is survived by two daughters, Pam Baker and her husband Harry of Weirton, and Lucille Brand and her husband Monty of Las Vegas, NV; one brother, Salvatore Oliver of Weirton; and two grandchildren, Eric Scott Baker of Weirton and Heather J. Brand of Las Vegas, NV. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home.
