madison crowe
Madison Renee “Flo” Crowe, a vibrant, precious, lovable, teenaged-girl, passed away at her home on Thursday, September 24, 2020. She was 15 years old. Madison was born in Steubenville, OH on August 3, 2005. At a young age, Madison had a love for soccer, and quickly became an undaunted, fierce competitor known as “Mad –Flo” and eventually was just known as Flo Crowe. Flo was a bright student in school, where she had a love for creative writing. Even though she just started her sophomore year at Weir High School, she already had a goal in mind to one day be an accomplished physical therapist. Her hardworking determination also carried over to the soccer fields. Flo, by nature, could at times be a little quirky and clumsy tripping over the air, but this did not limit her success on-field due to the extra effort she displayed daily being the hardest worker on the field. She has worked on her game since she was in the U8 Rec and travel teams with the Tri-State United Soccer League, and she is currently a member of the Weir High School Soccer Team. Flo loved to spend time with her best friend and step- sister Jessie. They were like twins; inseparable. If they could not be together, they would be face timing each other. They loved to go over Nana’s and Pap’s house, spend time on the deck, and swim in their pool. Flo also enjoyed going to Subway with Nana for her favorite Buffalo Chicken sub. Flo was preceded in death by her mother, Melissa Anne Roy Rowland, and her paternal grandfather Mark J. Crowe, Sr., and her great- aunt Judy Duvall. She will be remembered with love by her father Mark J. (Rochelle) Crowe; her stepfather, Chad Rowland; her brothers, Ethan and Connor Crowe; her step-sisters, Rabeka Lynn, Lexus Marie, and Jessie Leigh Rowland; her maternal grandparents Michael and Eva Marie Kowalik Roy; her paternal grandmother, Brenda Crowe; her great maternal Munya, Dolores A. Roy; her Bubba, Janet Ridgway; her great uncle Dan Duvall. Visitation will be 1- 8 PM Wednesday at the Greco Hertnick Funeral Home 3219 Main Street Weirton. Upon arrival at the funeral home, please follow the directions of the funeral home staff for paying respects. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Madison Crowe Memorial Fund. 1. I’m so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Didn’t know them but still wanted to say how sorry I was for your loss

  2. We are the grandparents of Olivia, Madison & Nicolas Bine. Our Liv was very good friends with Flo and for many years they played together on the Force soccer teams. I can remember sitting at so many of those games & hearing her talk about her friend Mad-Flo. Our daughter and son in law, Angela and Jeff Bine, are also very close friends of the family. Although we not not know you personally, our hearts are broken for your entire family and all your friends whose hearts are also shattered by these tragic losses. I hope you can take some comfort in knowing Mad-Flo is now with her mom up in heaven and will forever be guardian angels looking down upon you. We pray that God gives you strength to endure this difficult time. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all.🙏 Sue and Lou Frank
