Marisa Dawn Licata, 34, of Queens, New York, formerly of Weirton, was received into the arms of her Lord Wednesday, August 01, 2007. Marisa was born February 16, 1973 in Weirton, WV, the daughter of Charles James and Donna Kaye (Bever) Licata. Marisa worked for United Airlines for 14 years and was a world traveler having visited Hawaii four times and Europe once. She was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church and was on the Dean’s List at LaGuardia Community College in New York where she attended classes. In addition to her parents, Marisa is survived by three brothers, Christopher, Michael, and Jared Licata, all of Weirton; her maternal grandmother, Evelyn Bever; and two nieces, Isabella and Vanessa Licata. Marisa also leaves behind many friends who will miss her dearly. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 08, 2007 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated 10:00AM Thursday at Saint Paul Roman Catholic Church, Weirton. Committal will be at St. Paul Cemetery, Weirton.
