Mary I Walsh

Mary I. Walsh, 83, of Weirton formerly of Williamstown, Mass died Sunday September 21, 2003, at the Weirton Geriatric Center. She was born on December 14, 1919, in Williamstown, Mass, the daughter of the late Patrick Joseph and Margaret Mary (Kelley) Walsh. Her sister Patricia Varner died on February 10, 2004. Mary was a retired sales clerk for the Weirton Studio and the Weirton Medical Center Gift Shop. She was a member of the Saint Paul Roman Catholic Church, Honorary Life Member of the Weirton Medical Center Auxiliary; Past Member of the GFWC Weirton Women’s Club and Literary Department; and a former volunteer for the Hancock County Easter Seals. She is survived by a nephew Timothy Varner and his wife Jo Ann of Weirton, WV; a niece, Margaret Varner of Sarasota, FL.; great nephew, Douglas Hutson of Bradenton, FL.; great nieces, Mrs. Casey (Tricia) McCormick of Bradenton, FL, Shannon and Kaitlin Varner of Weirton, WV, Mrs. David (Allison) Bones of Chandler, Arizona; great – great nephews, Phillip and Parker McCormick of Bradenton, FL. A committal service will be held Friday October 22, 2004 at 11 AM in West Lawn Cemetery, Williamstown, Mass.
