  7. I am so sorry to here about Mrs. Calvert. She was always so nice to all of us kids in the neighborhood when we were all growing up. I will always have very fond memories of her. My prayers are with you all during this difficult time.

  8. Mrs. Calvert was one of the nicest and funniest women I’ve ever known. When Alan and I were young kids I remember us playing at her house and Alan and Barry started fighting. Well, Mrs. “C” sends Barry to his room and makes Alan sit on the couch in the living room. I’m the only one left so I think I’m going to get yelled at too. She turns to me and the angry look she had on her face was replaced with a calming smile and she says “Rusty, do you want a popsicle?” Well of course I said yes and she and I sat at the breakfast table talking until I was done. Then she tells the boys they can play again and lets them have popsickles too. But,as we are going out the door to play she hands me another one and has that same smile as before. From the time we were toddlers till the time we grew to be adults she always made me feel welcome and comfortable in her home. She was a truely special person I am proud and honored to have known. God bless her and God be with the family. Rusty Lionetti
