Minnie P. Eafrati

Minnie P. Eafrati, 79, of Weirton died Wednesday, September 22, 2004, at the Weirton Medical Center. She was born May 17, 1925 in Weirton, daughter of the late John and Mary Rose Perrino Orecchio. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert J. Eafrati in 1978; brother Joseph Orecchio and sister Mary Rocchio. For many years, Minnie worked at the Esquire Cleaners and the Weirton Geriatric Center, was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church, St. Joseph Christian Mothers, Knights of Columbus 3734 Auxiliary and the St. Paul and St. Joseph choirs. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia A. Daugherty of Weirton; granddaughter Amanda Daugherty; great-granddaughter Kaitlyn Kleiner; brothers Anthony Orecchio and John Orecchio, Jr. and his wife Elaine; sisters Angeline Paolo and Connie Bennett and her husband Junior all of Weirton, and Roseanne Relloto of Steubenville; and sister-in-law Rose Orecchio of Weirton. Minnie also leaves several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Thursday 7-9PM and Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street Weirton, WV. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated at 10AM Saturday at St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church. Interment will be at St. Paul Cemetery, Weirton.
