Nancy Higgins Reyes

Nancy Higgins Reyes passed away February 5, 2021 in Guam. She was born in Steubenville on May 12, 1944 to the late Kenneth and Victoria Higgins. She graduated from Weir High School and received her teaching degree from Fairmont State College. After teaching at Weir High School for several years, she moved to Guam, where she continued to teach. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kin Reyes and brothers, Stanley, and Kenneth Higgins. Nancy is survived by her four children, Kin Alan, Stephen, Matthew, and Amy; four grandchildren; and her sister Dorothy Robinson of Weirton. Share tributes and memories at www.grecohertnick.com
