Norma J. Richmond

Norma J. Richmond, 76, of East Liverpool, OH, formerly of Newell, WV, passed away Friday, January 11, 2013 in the East Liverpool City Hospital. Born April 29, 1936 in Weirton, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Leona (Huff) Tingler. She was also preceded in death by her brothers Merle, John and Leo Tingler and sister Katherine Curtis. Mrs. Richmond was a homemaker and an employee of the former Isalys Restaurant in Weirton. She was a member of the Free Methodist Church of Weirton. Norma is survived by her brother James E. Tingler and his wife Donna Lee of Weirton; sisters Sandra Lee Hamilton and her husband John of Weirton, Gloria McConnell of Bergholz, OH; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Sunday 1-3 and 6-8PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, WV, where funeral services will be celebrated 11AM Monday. Interment will be in Chestnut Ridge Cemetery, Florence, PA. Memorial contributions may be made to the Dialysis Clinic, 325 West 6th Street, East Liverpool, OH 43920.
