Paul D. Huffman, Sr.
January 20, 1932 ~ March 31, 2009
Paul D. Huffman, Sr., 77, of Weirton, passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2009 in the Weirton Medical Center. Born January 20, 1932 in Frew, Tyler County, WV, he was the son of Dorothy (Spencer) Huffman of Weirton and the late Fred D. Huffman. He was also preceded in death by his sister Glenda Sue Maylee.
With 40 years of service, Mr. Huffman retired from Weirton Steel where he worked as an electrical foreman. He was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church and WSX 25-Year Club.
Paul is survived by his wife of over 57 years, Martha J. (Sapos) Huffman, daughters Debra Jean (Larry) Dalton of Weirton and Diane Lynn (Joe) Romanelli of Dublin, OH; a son Paul D. Huffman, Jr.; sister Donna Ann (William) Barkley of Weirton; two grandchildren David (Denise) DeCollo and Melissa (Karl) Schultz; 3 great-grandchildren Joshua, Andrew and Daniel DeCollo.
Private services will be held at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton.
Father Dean Borgmeyer will officiate.
Entombment will follow in St. Paul Cemetery, Weirton.

Paul was my foreman in the Blooming Mill and I was the Union Steward. I don’t have to explain we had a good working relationship. He was a fair man and I liked working with him. May he rest in peace and he and his family are in my prayers.
